I remember once writing a post about how I was disappointed in Gamefly’s service and that it was too expensive for what it was.
I hereby write this to commend them for turning it around and making service much faster. Instead of taking a week or more to get a new game, I get them in about two days. Very nice. They apparently get a notification from the post office that the game you’re returning is in transit and they send out the new game even though the old game hasn’t returned to their home base yet. Very clever. Netflix has always been great for me because I could drop off a disc in the mail and have a new one two days later. It definitely makes the $16 per month price a bit more palatable.
So, good on you Gamefly for listening to your customers and improving.
